Terms of use

What this site is

A free, independent directory of Yamhill County contractors built from Oregon's public license records, run by Root Labs LLC. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board or the State of Oregon.

No recommendation or guarantee

A listing is not a recommendation, endorsement, rating or guarantee of any business or its work. License information is shown as of the date stated and can change; always check the state's own record before you hire. Any agreement you make is between you and the business.

Accuracy

We work to keep listings accurate and correct errors quickly (see Corrections), but the site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Root Labs LLC isn't liable for losses from using the site or hiring a business found here.

Using the site

• Don't submit false information, impersonate a business, or claim a listing that isn't yours.
• Don't scrape the site in bulk or use it to send unsolicited messages to the businesses listed.
• Business owners who send us details or photos confirm they have the right to share them, and let us show them on their listing.

Photos and content

Town photos are used under their free licenses (see Credits). Our own text and design belong to Root Labs LLC.
