Who we are

Yamhill County Blue Collar is run by Root Labs LLC, Newberg, Oregon. Contact: colby@rootlabs.io.

Business listings

Listings come from Oregon's public contractor license records. We show only business facts — name, town, trade, license details and, for business entities, the business phone on the state record. We don't publish street addresses or the names of the responsible people on a license (unless the license itself is in a person's name). Any business can ask us to fix or remove its listing (see Corrections).

What you send us

When you use a form (claim, fix, remove, suggest a business, or a question) we collect what you type: your name, email, and anything optional you add (phone, role, message), plus the page you were on, any campaign tags in the link, and the referring page. We use it to handle your request and reply. Root Labs may also mention its website and marketing services in a reply; tell us no and we won't again. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't send text messages.

Who processes it

• Vercel — hosts the site and processes form submissions and basic request logs.
• Email — for now, a form opens a pre-filled email that you send from your own mail app to colby@rootlabs.io.
• No analytics yet. If we add Google Analytics later, this page will say so first.

We don't use advertising pixels, session recording or Google Maps.

Cookies and Do Not Track

The site itself doesn't set cookies. We don't track you across other websites, so browser Do Not Track signals don't change anything here.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete what you've sent us by emailing colby@rootlabs.io. We keep form messages only as long as we need them to handle your request and keep a record of removals.

Children

This site is for adults hiring contractors and isn't aimed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
