Corrections and removals
We want every listing right. If one isn't, here's what we do.
Fixes
Spot something wrong — the trade, the town, the name, a phone number? Tell us. We review every request and correct confirmed errors within 5 business days, then reply by email.
License facts (number, type, status, bond, insurance) come straight from the state. If those are wrong, the fix has to happen at the CCB; the listing updates once the state's open data shows the change (we check every morning).
Removals
Any business can be removed, for any reason, within 2 business days — ask here. We keep a do-not-list record so that license doesn't reappear when the state data refreshes.
